Appointments

Appointments are confirmed once you receive written confirmation from us. Please arrive five to ten minutes before your treatment time so your session is not shortened.

Deposits and payment

A deposit may be requested to secure your appointment. Any balance is payable on the day. Payment options are shown before you confirm your booking.

Cancellations

We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or move an appointment so the time can be offered to someone else. Late cancellations and missed appointments may result in the deposit being retained.

Health and suitability

Tee’s Wellness Studio provides relaxation treatments only. We do not diagnose or treat medical conditions. Please share relevant health information during your consultation, and seek advice from your GP or a qualified healthcare professional where appropriate. We may decline or adapt a treatment where it would not be suitable.
